Psalms.png

Psalms

Length: 16 Lessons

The Bible is God’s message of redemption, as well as our instruction book for life. God wants us to search the Bible so we can understand the TRUTH of His character and His desire for us. The Psalms, in particular, speak to us and for us; and are a pattern for our worship, our prayer and our praise.

Ephesians (1).png

Ephesians

Length: 5 Lessons

In the book of Ephesians, we see how the gospel story affects believers’ everyday lives. Paul’s letter deals with topics at the very core of what it means to be a Christian— both in faith and in practice. The first three chapters of Ephesians are doctrinal, while the last three are practical. In order to live out God’s will for us in our lives practically, we must first understand who we are in Christ doctrinally.

Jonah3.jpg

Jonah

Length: 5 Lessons

Jonah is probably the best-known yet least understood book in the Bible. God called Jonah to go to Nineveh.  Jonah went in the opposite direction. Jonah must have thought his way was best. But God knew better. God intervened. It can be difficult to obey God unconditionally. But God knows us better than we know ourselves. And He knows that we never will find true peace and fulfillment apart from serving Him.

James.jpg

James

Length: 5 Lessons

James is a letter from Jesus’ brother to the early church in Jerusalem about the hypocrisy happening among Christians. Like a lot of us today, the people of the early church struggled with committing every part of their lives to Jesus. Our spiritual lives grow when we listen to God’s Word and follow it wholeheartedly. As Jesus works in us, He begins to work through us and we begin to think differently  and act differently.

Mark (3).png

Mark

Length: 16 Lessons

Mark is the second Gospel (an account of Jesus’ life and ministry) in the New Testament. Like the other Gospels, Mark records Jesus’ life: His miracles, betrayal, death, resurrection, and commission. Mark is the shortest Gospel, and it is action-packed from start to finish covering who Jesus is and what He did. Mark filled his gospel with the miracles of Jesus, illustrating again and again both the power and the compassion of the Son of God.

Daniel.png

Daniel

Length: 6 Lessons

Daniel’s integrity as a man of God gained him favor with the world, yet he refused to compromise his faith in God. Even under the intimidation of kings and rulers, Daniel remained steadfast in his commitment to God. Daniel also teaches us that, no matter whom we are dealing with, no matter what their status is, we are to treat them with compassion.

Proverbs (1).jpg

Proverbs

Length: 10 Lessons

Proverbs contains hundreds of applicable real-life wisdom. When you have wisdom, you have meaning, purpose and true success. As you study Proverbs, may you find God’s answers to the questions you are asking.

Joshua.png

Joshua

The book of Joshua records Israel’s journey to the Promised Land. God’s promises were being fulfilled before the people’s eyes.

Joshua shows us that our obedience to God, no matter what, always yields the greatest rewards. We see a God who fights for His people, a God of miracles. We are reminded that God fulfills His promises.
